I’ve led diverse international teams and driven impactful brand execution across multiple markets.

My global marketing journey was built on a strong local foundation, notably as Marketing Director of Zagrebačka pivovara, where I played a key role in establishing Ožujsko as one of Molson Coors’ most iconic and successful brands in the Croatian market.

Most recently, I served as Executive Marketing Director at Jamnica beverage group, where I broadened my expertise across the total beverage category. This role allowed me to lead brands with deep cultural resonance and iconic status, while further sharpening my strategic and leadership capabilities.

Experienced marketing professional with over 15 years in the brewing and beverage industries, with a career spanning all levels and areas of marketing—from brand management and new brand development to innovation strategy and full-scale brand launches.

Throughout my journey, I have successfully developed, launched, and managed products across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic segments. A career highlight was serving as Global Brand Manager for Staropramen, where I led the brand’s repositioning and spearheaded its expansion into multiple new markets, while driving growth in existing ones.

As Innovation Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, I was responsible for shaping the regional innovation strategy and launching new brands within the beer and beyond-beer categories. My passion for brands and bold ideas continued in my role as Beyond Beer Director, where I explored and developed the next big opportunities in the beverage world.
